POLYCOTTON PRODUCTS
Polycotton is defined as a "modern combined fabric" that contains cotton fibers (a natural element, which does not cause allergies or skin irritation, light, soft and breathable) and polyester (a synthetic element, less subject to wear and tear, able to last longer and present brighter colors).
The combination of these fibers creates a product that attenuates the negative elements of cotton (poor wear resistance and durability)
and favors the positive properties of polyester (greater elasticity, without losing stiffness and resistance, even when wet).
Although polycotton is more expensive than polyester, it is usually cheaper than pure cotton.
The ratio between cotton and polyester can vary according to the desired characteristics, but in the most common products the most common polycotton blends use the following percentage ratios:
65% / 35%, 50% / 50%, 35% / 65% and 15% / 85%, depending on the field of use.
The polyester content, however, requires not too high temperatures for washing (usually up to 40 ° C), because in the long term it could be damaged.
Polycotton fabrics are easy to iron and crease less than cotton only ones.
Polycotton can be used in numerous sectors, such as clothing, workwear, footwear, and so on, even if it is mainly used in the technical and sports fields.
The life cycle of a polycotton product is more eco-sustainable than the life cycle of cotton-only products.
According to an important European study, in fact, to clean and dry polycotton fabrics, laundries consume less energy than cotton-only fabrics.
The combination of cotton and polyester makes the fabrics more comfortable and less subject to the accumulation of static charges.

PROCESSING
Our articles in polycotton fibers (glossy, textured, cotton, etc.) can be produced in different percentages, counts, heights and colors (according to our folder or according to the Customer's precise recipe), with ample freedom of processing and heaviness (gross grain, canvas, spine fish, tubular, braided), plain, striped, jacquard, tubular, wide-narrow, etc.
After a rapid prototyping phase, with the development of a «master» article, the industrialization phase follows, with our high production capacity.

All our products in polycotton fibers are subjected to:
to the most careful and punctual checks from the origin of the raw materials (through the use of only OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, RCS, etc. Quality controls on all internal and external processes (according to the most stringent regulations: UNI-ISO, etc.), under examination by highly recognized conventioned laboratories.

On all our polycotton products it is possible to agree in advance the release of:
Product Technical Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets of the materials used, Declarations of Conformity, Certificates of Origin of the goods, Analysis with the possible release of Certification by a competent Body, Transaction Certificates for recycled raw materials, Reports of any kind, compliance with specifications and RLS (Restricted Substances List) of Customers with confidentiality contracts, etc.
