PRODUCTS in NYLON
The textile fibers in nylon (or polyamide) are synthetic fibers available for a wide range of dyes and used in many sectors: from clothing (especially sports) to technical fabrics, from laces to tulle, from ropes to ribbons, due to the characteristics available, such as elasticity and strength. In fact, nylon has several advantages, including resistance to wear and traction, extreme lightness (due to its low specific weight) and resistance to chemical agents. It is crease-resistant and non-deformable, elastic and easy to maintain. On the other hand, it has a very low absorbency, it is relatively cold to the touch and, to prevent "snagging" (threads pulled on fabrics made of smooth continuous thread without twisting), it is subjected to a twisting process, before be yarn dyed (according to our color chart or according to the customer's specific recipe).
Nylon has good mechanical resistance (both dry and wet), brakes abrasion, does not crease and therefore it is rarely necessary to iron it (always at a low temperature if you do not want to deform it), but it can generally be washed in the washing machine at medium temperature. It is also resistant to common solvents and therefore can also be dry cleaned.
Should the material turn yellow or gray over time, a normal household bleach ( bleach ) can usually restore its colors.

PROCESSING
Our nylon fiber articles (glossy, textured, etc.) can be produced in different percentages, titles, heights and colors (according to our folder or according to the customer's specific recipe), with ample freedom of processing and weight (gross grain, canvas, herringbone, tubular, braided), plain, striped, jacquard, tubular, wide-narrow, etc.
After a rapid prototyping phase, with the development of a "master" article, the industrialization phase follows, with our. high production capacity.
QUALITY
All our nylon fiber products are subjected to the most careful and punctual checks, from the origin of the raw materials (through the use of only OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, RCS, etc. certified suppliers, respectful of the community regulations. European REACH and the main international standards), to Quality Controls on all internal and internal processes (according to the most stringent regulations: UNI, etc.), to the use of highly recognized approved laboratories.
WARRANTIES
On all our nylon products it is possible to agree in advance the release of:
Product Technical Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets of the materials used, Declarations of Conformity, Certificates of Origin of the goods, Analysis with the possible release of Certification by a competent Body, Transaction Certificates for recycled raw materials, Reports of any kind, compliance with specifications and RLS (Restricted Substances List) of Customers with confidentiality contracts, etc.
Our NYLON PRODUCTS
Our company uses nylon 6,6 and crude nylon 6, which is transformed and dyed "in yarn" in Italy (for greater uniformity and cleanliness of the color), based on our vast color chart or on specific customer needs.
